Talking Finally got mine!

Wife getting the sportster... if she gets her endorsement though, otherwise, I'm selling it.

Congrats on the new purchase. It looks really nice. Have you had a chance to ride your Gunner around yet? What are your likes/dislikes so far?

Cheers!

Quick comparison with the sportster.
- Gear changes are harsher in the Gunner and I thought the gear change in the sportster was harsh.
- Suspension was awesome in the Gunner. I always stand on the sportster when hitting pot holes but it's more forgiving with the Gunner.
- Acceleration is way better with the Gunner which is a given. Handling is also better.
- Sportster sounds better accelerating and decelerating.

My '09 Vegas is harsh for sure, but I am more concerned about durability.

Seems everything is more durable on a Victory.

Never owned a Harley, I have ridden them and ride with many of them. You can't beat the sound or style of a Harley, but maintenance seems to be more manageable with a Victory.

I had my Harley since 09 and never had any problem with it and I maintained it myself.
